Egyptian shoppers will have greater flexibility when paying for everyday purchases under a new partnership between Valu and noon Minutes, noon’s quick-commerce platform. The collaboration brings flexible payment options into quick commerce, covering groceries, household essentials, personal care products and higher-value purchases.

Valu, a financial technology company serving the Middle East and North Africa (MENA), has become noon Minutes’ exclusive financial payments provider and first payment partner in Egypt.

The partnership allows Valu customers to pay for purchases on noon Minutes through Valu, with payment plans of up to 60 months. Customers can also use Sparkit for a faster checkout experience and pay for purchases within 45 days without additional fees.

Bringing Flexible Payments Into Everyday Shopping

The partnership expands flexible payment solutions beyond traditional purchase categories. Customers can now use them as part of their regular shopping experience, including when buying groceries and household needs.

The companies said the move reflects changing expectations among Egyptian consumers, who increasingly want digital shopping platforms to combine speed with financial flexibility.

Early performance since the partnership went live points to strong customer adoption. Valu customers have shown interest in higher-value purchases on noon Minutes, while also using the platform for wider household and grocery shopping needs.

“At Valu, we are continuously looking for new ways to embed flexible financial solutions into the everyday experiences of our customers,” said Omar Abdelhady, Chief Products and Growth Officer at Valu. He said the partnership brings Valu’s payment flexibility into the growing quick-commerce sector and gives customers greater choice.

Hussein Heiba, General Manager of noon Minutes Egypt, said the company’s focus is on making everyday shopping faster, simpler and more accessible. He added that working with Valu gives customers greater flexibility in how they pay for everyday essentials.

Supporting Egypt’s Digital Commerce Growth

The partnership also highlights the growing connection between fintech and digital commerce in Egypt. By combining noon Minutes’ quick-commerce infrastructure with Valu’s financial solutions, the companies aim to create a more convenient shopping experience.

The two companies plan to build on the early momentum of the partnership. Their focus will include deeper customer engagement and expanding flexible payment options across more everyday shopping needs.

noon Minutes is designed to give customers quick access to groceries, everyday essentials, household products, personal care items and other goods through a digital shopping platform.

In Egypt, the service combines noon’s wider digital commerce ecosystem with a quick-commerce model focused on convenience and relevant product selection. The company continues to invest in customer experience, product assortment, technology and strategic partnerships as it works to make everyday shopping more accessible.
