ReparTrust has secured $750,000 in pre-seed funding to bring structure, transparency and speed to post-accident auto repairs across emerging markets. The round was backed by business angels and private investors who see strong potential in the company’s digital repair management platform and its integrated parts marketplace, Piyes.
Founded by El Mehdi Benslim, ReparTrust is addressing a long-standing problem in the auto repair ecosystem. After an accident, insurers, fleet operators and vehicle owners often face delays, rising costs and limited visibility over repair quality. ReparTrust aims to change this by digitizing the entire process, from inspection to parts sourcing to final delivery.
At the center of the model is a software platform that allows insurers, fleets and garages to track repairs in real time. Using AI-assisted pre-inspection, the platform helps identify damage early, reduce unnecessary work and improve cost control. This approach helps all parties involved make faster and more informed decisions while keeping repairs on schedule.
The company says the new funding will be used to scale its SaaS platform for paid repair networks and expand adoption in emerging markets where repair processes are still largely manual. The platform is also powered by Piyes.com, ReparTrust’s integrated marketplace that supports the use of sustainable and recycled auto parts, helping reduce costs and environmental impact.
Building Trust and Transparency in Auto Repairs
ReparTrust positions itself as a “repair ambassador” for vehicle owners. The company’s service is designed to be simple and reliable, with transparency at every step. With just one form, a customer is connected to a dedicated expert advisor who manages the process from start to finish.
Once a request is made, ReparTrust collects the vehicle from the customer’s chosen location. The vehicle is then serviced by a certified partner garage that has been carefully selected and regularly audited. After repairs are completed, the vehicle is returned to the customer without unexpected costs or delays.
All repairs carried out through the network come with a full warranty of 12 months or 20,000 kilometers. This guarantee is meant to give customers peace of mind and reinforce trust in the repair process, an area where confidence is often low.
How the Platform Delivers Value
ReparTrust’s model is built around efficiency and accountability. Instead of vehicle owners spending time searching for reliable garages, the platform handles the matching process. Garages in the network are verified for professionalism and reliability, and their performance is continuously rated.
For insurers and fleet operators, the benefits go beyond convenience. Real-time tracking improves oversight, while standardized processes help control costs and reduce repair turnaround times. Integrated parts sourcing through Piyes further supports faster repairs and encourages the use of recycled components where possible.
With this funding round, ReparTrust is positioning itself as a key player in the modernization of auto repair management in emerging markets. The company has thanked its investors, partners and repair networks for their support and says this is only the beginning of its journey to repair differently, and to repair with trust.
