GEEKS STORE has entered into an exclusive partnership with Chinese artificial intelligence company iFLYTEK to introduce its AI-powered products to the Egyptian market. The agreement positions GEEKS STORE as iFLYTEK’s sole national distributor and official representative in Egypt.

The partnership is expected to strengthen access to advanced AI technology for Egyptian consumers while providing local warranty coverage and after-sales support. It will initially focus on the launch of iFLYTEK products including the AINOTE 2 and AINOTE 2 Air.

For GEEKS STORE, the agreement is also part of a broader strategy to attract, manage and grow global technology brands in Egypt. The company aims to provide international technology businesses with an established local platform through which they can reach consumers and build a sustainable presence in the market.

Expanding Access to Advanced Technology

The arrival of iFLYTEK products through an official local distributor is expected to make the technology more accessible to Egyptian consumers while improving the support available after purchase. Customers will be able to access official warranty coverage and after-sales services, creating a more complete local experience around the products.

Mahmoud El Kady, Founder of GEEKS STORE, said the agreement represents more than an addition to the company’s product portfolio.

“For us, the partnership with iFLYTEK is not simply about adding another brand to GEEKS STORE’s portfolio. It is a strategic step toward a larger vision we have been working on for some time: building a platform through which global technology companies can enter the Egyptian market and establish a strong and sustainable presence,” he said.

El Kady added that the partnership reflects the company’s confidence in the Egyptian market and its ability to support the adoption of advanced technology.

“We believe the Egyptian market presents a major opportunity for AI, and that Egyptian consumers are increasingly ready to adopt advanced technologies that can support their work and everyday lives,” he said.

The partnership also strengthens GEEKS STORE’s position as a local platform for international technology brands. El Kady said iFLYTEK’s decision to appoint the company as its exclusive distributor was an important indication of its growth and ability to manage global brands.

“For a company of iFLYTEK’s scale to choose GEEKS STORE as its sole and exclusive national distributor in Egypt is a very important indicator of how far the company has progressed,” he said.

Partnership Expected to Grow Beyond Initial Launch

Founded in 1999, iFLYTEK has more than 25 years of experience in artificial intelligence and has developed technologies covering speech and language processing, information processing and intelligent applications.

The company has expanded its operations beyond these areas into sectors including education, healthcare, automotive and enterprise solutions, while also developing AI-powered consumer products. iFLYTEK has been listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange since 2008 and has expanded into several international markets.

The AINOTE 2 is one of the company’s products focused on AI-supported productivity. It combines digital writing and reading functions with AI capabilities and has been recognised by Guinness World Records as the world’s thinnest E-Ink tablet, with a thickness of 4.2 millimetres.

GEEKS STORE said the Egyptian launch is intended to be the beginning of a longer-term relationship rather than a single product rollout. The company plans to expand the range of iFLYTEK products and technologies available in Egypt as the partnership develops.

“We believe AI will become an essential part of productivity and the way people work in the coming years,” El Kady said. “Therefore, iFLYTEK’s presence in Egypt will not stop at the launch of AINOTE 2 or any single product.”

He said the wider objective would be to introduce more advanced AI solutions to Egyptian consumers while responding to changing market needs.
