Entlaq Signs Two Partnerships to Support Egyptian Businesses, Startups and EdTech Growth

Entlaq Holdings has signed two strategic partnerships that could strengthen business growth, support startups and improve access to data and expertise across Egypt’s entrepreneurship ecosystem.

The agreements, signed with Sanad Partners and ED Ventures, are aimed at addressing different needs within the market. The first will provide small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and family-owned businesses with advisory and strategic support. The second will focus on Egypt’s education technology (EdTech) sector through research, data and sector insights.

Both collaborations were announced during the fourth edition of the Egyptian Entrepreneurship Sector Annual Report Summit (SDR 2026), held in El Gouna from September 10 to 12, 2026.

Held under the theme “Data × Innovation: Reimagining Egypt’s Entrepreneurship Landscape,” the summit brought together entrepreneurs, investors, experts and representatives from the public and private sectors. Discussions focused on developments in Egypt’s entrepreneurship ecosystem, as well as opportunities for growth, innovation and investment.

Sanad Partnership Targets Business Growth and Expansion

Through its cooperation protocol with Sanad Partners, Entlaq will support SMEs and family-owned businesses as they work to strengthen their operations and prepare for growth.

The partnership is designed to give businesses access to an integrated range of advisory and strategic services. These services will be tailored to the challenges companies face at different stages of development.

A major focus will be helping businesses improve their models, strengthen governance and become more prepared for expansion. This is expected to help companies build more efficient structures and improve their ability to respond to the demands that come with growth.

The cooperation will cover several areas, including business restructuring, advisory board development and the creation of strategic partnerships. It will also provide support on legal and regulatory matters, licensing and government relations.

The partnership will further connect businesses with stakeholders across the wider business ecosystem. This will give companies access to expertise, resources and networks that can support their future plans.

For SMEs and family-owned businesses, these areas of support can be important as they move from one stage of development to another. Stronger structures and better governance can help companies make more informed strategic decisions. Access to the right networks can also help them identify partnerships and opportunities that may otherwise be difficult to reach.

The collaboration is also expected to help businesses turn growth plans into practical opportunities. By improving their ability to manage operations, build strategic relationships and respond to regulatory requirements, companies can strengthen their ability to compete and sustain long-term growth.

ED Ventures Partnership to Bring More Data to Egypt’s EdTech Sector

The second collaboration, between Entlaq and ED Ventures, will focus on Egypt’s education technology sector.

Under the partnership, the two companies will develop a specialized report examining the current state of Egypt’s EdTech market. The report will look at the sector’s main challenges and opportunities, while also assessing its potential contribution to economic growth and human capital development.

The initiative is expected to give entrepreneurs, investors and policymakers a clearer view of developments within the sector. It will examine market trends and changes taking place across EdTech, while identifying areas that could support future growth and investment.

Reliable data will be a central part of the collaboration. For entrepreneurs, access to stronger market information can help them understand changing customer needs and make better business decisions. For investors, sector data can help identify promising areas and companies. Policymakers can also use such insights when considering measures that support innovation and economic development.

The report will also examine the challenges facing companies operating in the education technology space. At the same time, it will highlight opportunities for businesses that are developing technology-based solutions for education.

Another key part of the partnership will be supporting startups in the education sector. Entlaq and ED Ventures will seek to strengthen the ability of these startups to develop innovative solutions and create sustainable impact.

This could help startups respond more effectively to the changing needs of the education sector while expanding the role of technology in improving education.

The partnership also reflects the growing importance of EdTech to Egypt’s wider economic and human capital goals. Technology can support new approaches to learning, improve access to education and create opportunities for businesses developing solutions for schools, students, teachers and other parts of the education system.

Together, the two partnerships give Entlaq a broader role in supporting different parts of Egypt’s business and entrepreneurship landscape. While the Sanad Partners agreement focuses directly on helping established SMEs and family-owned businesses strengthen their structures and prepare for expansion, the ED Ventures partnership is focused on producing data and supporting innovation in a high-potential sector.

Both agreements were announced during SDR 2026, which placed data and innovation at the centre of discussions about the future of Egypt’s entrepreneurship ecosystem.
