On November 19, Bahrain will once again take the spotlight in the regional startup scene as it hosts the 10th Middle East and North Africa (MENA) Angel Investors Summit. Organized by Tenmou, Bahrain’s first business angels company, the summit will bring together over 300 investors, 50 startups and more than 600 visitors at The Diplomat Radisson Blu Hotel in Manama. The event aims to strengthen ties between founders and investors, build new partnerships and showcase the next wave of innovation shaping the region’s digital economy.

Set in the heart of Bahrain’s Diplomatic Area, the summit provides a space where entrepreneurs, angel investors, venture capital funds, corporates and government representatives can connect under one roof. With a decade-long track record, it has become one of the region’s most trusted and influential gatherings for early-stage investment. This year’s milestone edition will focus on the role of innovation and collaboration in driving sustainable economic growth across the Middle East and North Africa.

According to Suhail Algosaibi, Chairman of Tenmou, the summit reflects the lasting impact that angel investors have made in nurturing the region’s startup ecosystem. “Over the past decade, it has delivered a measurable and lasting impact in advancing investment and fostering innovation across the region,” he said. “This year, we take pride in continuing that legacy by welcoming a new generation of visionary innovators who will shape the future of the digital economy and redefine the region’s entrepreneurial landscape.”

The summit is designed to be more than just a meeting point. It serves as a gateway for early-stage investment, offering a mix of pitch sessions, panel discussions, specialised workshops and networking sessions. These activities are structured to help startups present their ideas, secure funding and form long-term partnerships. The event also encourages cross-border collaboration, giving founders access to investors and partners from across the MENA region and beyond.

For young entrepreneurs, the summit offers an invaluable opportunity to gain exposure, learn from experienced mentors and tap into a growing network of investors who are eager to support innovative ideas. For investors, it provides direct access to some of the region’s most promising startups in technology, digital solutions and sustainable business models.

Founded in 2011, Tenmou has played a pioneering role in shaping Bahrain’s entrepreneurial ecosystem. As the country’s first angel investment company, Tenmou focuses on providing early-stage funding and mentorship to startups that are building innovative, scalable solutions. Its support goes beyond capital, it also connects entrepreneurs with the guidance, resources and partnerships needed to achieve long-term growth.

Tenmou’s broader mission is to empower tech entrepreneurs to build solutions that meet real market needs while driving progress in Bahrain and across the MENA region. Through initiatives like the MENA Angel Investors Summit, Tenmou has established itself as a cornerstone of the region’s innovation ecosystem, helping startups grow from concept to market-ready businesses.

This vision is reflected in Tenmou’s continued commitment to building a dynamic platform for growth, where the spirit of entrepreneurship can flourish. By supporting founders through both funding and education, the organization aims to create lasting economic and social value, not just for Bahrain but for the wider region.

As the MENA Angel Investors Summit marks its 10th anniversary, it stands as a symbol of how far Bahrain’s startup ecosystem has come and how collaboration, innovation and belief in local talent can transform an economy. The event represents more than just a celebration of the past decade; it is a forward-looking commitment to nurturing the next generation of entrepreneurs who will drive the region’s future.

Registration is now open via Tenmou’s website, inviting founders, investors and ecosystem builders to be part of a community that continues to redefine innovation and entrepreneurship in the Middle East and North Africa.
