B.TECH was honored with Toshiba’s “Best Strategic Partner” award at the company’s annual regional conference, recognizing the retailer’s strong performance in Egypt and its continued investment in innovation, customer service and strategic collaboration.

The recognition reflects the strength of the long-standing partnership between B.TECH and Toshiba and highlights the company’s success in delivering value to customers through a growing omnichannel retail business. It also reinforces B.TECH’s position as a trusted partner for leading global brands and its commitment to supporting the continued development of Egypt’s consumer electronics and home appliances market.

As Egypt’s largest specialized retailer of consumer electronics and home appliances, B.TECH has continued to expand its nationwide presence through an integrated network of physical stores, an e-commerce platform and mobile applications. The company has focused on providing customers with the latest products and solutions while maintaining high standards of after-sales service to meet changing consumer needs.

Dr. Mahmoud Khattab, Chairman and CEO of B.TECH, said the award reflects the strength of the company’s relationship with Toshiba and its shared commitment to delivering value to customers.

“We are proud to receive this recognition from Toshiba, which reflects the strength of our long-standing partnership and reinforces our ongoing commitment to delivering the best possible experience for our customers while strengthening collaboration with our strategic partners,” he said.

Khattab added that the recognition will encourage the company to continue investing in innovation and creating greater value for the local market.

“This achievement serves as a strong motivation for us to continue innovating and creating real value for the Egyptian market,” he said.

Founded in 1997, the company continues to expand its omnichannel retail network while supporting the country’s retail sector through innovation, strategic partnerships and a customer-focused approach.
